Contract Name: Diesel group dismantling

The Contractor´s scope of the project shall include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Overall management of the project.
  1. Design and planning of the dismantling and demolition works / Engineering.
  2. Technical documentation including the Health and Safety plan and Operational procedures in terms of requirements.
  3. Arrangement of all necessary services related, including temporary facilities (temporal offices, parking places, places for cranes or others, arrangement of traffic routes in the internal area, if necessary separation of the construction site separation with provisional fences/gates, LV power supply wiring, site lighting, etc.). 
  4. Preparatory works, including the site accommodation.
  5. Installation/erection of all equipment needed to do the jobs, installation/erection when needed and their disassembly when concluding the project. The equipment includes cranes, scaffolding and end-effectors tools necessary to develop the jobs.
  6. Removal and management of hazardous materials where applicable (diesel fuel, oil, asbestos, fluorescent and other) according to local legislation.
  7. Protection (when needed) of in-use equipment/components to be left in place.
  8. Dismantling and removal of internal equipment installed in the buildings including electrical cabinets, cables, mechanical equipment, supporting, etc.
  9. Demolition/removal of the building structures.
  10. Equipment segregation as reusable and non-reusable (waste).
  11. Segregation, handling and disposal of reusable and non-reusable (waste) equipment and materials.
  12. Transportation and disposal of all waste produced into the selected waste interim storage areas or waste dumps.
  13. Transportation of the concrete to the concrete storage area and transportation of the crushed concrete to the D3.4 area for backfilling their construction pits. 
  14. Provision of crushing concrete facilities to crush the resulting concrete waste from the demolished buildings within this scope. The crushed concrete will be reused for back filing the D3.4 cavities, holes and/or pits, after demolition. The crushing facilities must be placed within the area of JAVYS plant.
  15. Backfilling of holes and surface grading and grassing to avoid dust of the places where workplaces / storing places will not be established.
  16. The demolition and transport equipment, including cranes, scaffolding and tools necessary to develop the jobs.
