Title: Plovdiv Roads Project – Performance Based Management and Maintenance and Roads – Support for Tender and Implementation

Assignment Description: The Client now intends to retain a consultant (the "Consultant") to generally (i) Develop a PMMR approach (contract) specific to Plovdiv, based on the pre-feasibility study prepared by Project One - Atkins; (ii) Implement a procurement approach from the design of tender documentation through to selection of the PMMR contractor; and (iii) Support the Municipality in supervising the PMMR contractor (the "Assignment").

Specifically, the Assignment will include the following tasks:

Task 1: Review the technical designs prepared by the Municipality of Plovdiv with respect to the road segments subject to rehabilitation / construction
Task 2: Develop a baseline condition survey/study of the road sections to be included in the future PMMR contract
Task 3: Define technical standards/performance indicators for Plovdiv road system
Task 4: Develop PMMR tender documents
Task 5: Assist with launch, selection, negotiations and signing of the PMMR contract
Task 6: Support the City in the execution and monitoring of the PMMR contract.
