Description
Detailed Description of Project:
The project aim was to develop a new vocational qualification, adapting the training programmes and methodologies from EU and also prepare a common testing, assessment and certification methodology at EU level. The target groups of the project were SMEs and unemployed young people who have graduated from high schools with a diploma and/or have taken computer-related courses.
Specific objectives;
- Development of vocational qualifications (VQs) for a new occupation in Turkey and in partner countries at 3 levels.
- Development of a modular training program
- Identification of 30 unemployed young people and selected SMEs who need ICT specialists
- Development of a testing and certification system based on developed VQs,
- Piloting of training program
- Piloting of a testing and certification procedure
Outcomes of the project:
- Developed model for sectoral VQF in line with the VQA in Turkey
- 3 Vocational Qualifications
- Training Programmes based on VQs
- Certification: “European Computer Driving License”
- Lists of SMEs and trained Data Security Skilled Workers
- Promotion and Dissemination of Materials and organizing events
- Valorization and dissemination of Documents
Project had 7 partners. Composition of the partners by country is as follows; 3 from Turkey; 1 each from Greece,Poland. UK, Latvia. EDUSER is one of the local partners and also Coordinating Agency.
The project was prepared by EDUSER.
