Description: Provide design, construction supervision and related services to be performed or approved by registered or licensed A&E professionals for USAID/Washington and overseas Missions worldwide.
The purpose of the Global Architect-Engineer Services II Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (A&E II IDIQ) is to procure infrastructure services, including engineering design and construction supervision and related support, ranging from quick response to short and long-term services in the infrastructure areas of water resources, water supply, wastewater, environmental, transportation, energy, telecommunications, and facilities. The A&E II IDIQ has the additional capacity to provide cost-effective access to technical expertise for design and construction implementation support to achieve Mission Strategic Objectives, and allow USAID to better address its evolving needs. These services predominantly require performance or approval by registered and/or licensed A&E professionals, either as individual organizations, partnerships, joint ventures or other legal entities permitted by law to practice architecture or engineering.
