The consulting services ("the Services") will involve the Management and Supervision of  contracts and appurtenant construction activities on behalf of Client, in the implementation of the proposed tertiary infrastructures (improvement of roads, drainage, water supply and public lighting system) through construction supervision and contract management of the expected one (01) civil work contract package (by ICB method) for improvement of Bun Xang lake and south canal (dredging and provision of revetment walls, and construction for spillway); three (03) civil works contract packages (by NCB method) for improvement of drainage system in Bun Xang lake basin; improvement of Ngong and Sao canals (dredging and provision of revetment walls), and one (01) equipment supply package (by NCB method) for "Providing and installation of environmental sanitary and wastewater equipments in Component 2", complying with all relevant GOV regulations.

Period of contract (including the 12 months DLP): 38 months.
