Labour Market Reform and Workforce Development

This Technical Assistance to the Ministry of Health, Labour and Social Welfare aims at furthering Montenegro's policy and institutional readiness to meet EU employment and lifelong learning policies as part of its wider preparation for accession to the Union. This advancement is expected to be achieved by supporting institution and capacity building amongst the national actors involved in employment and human resource development in Montenegro, focusing in particular evidence-based policy development, locally driven active employment measures and improved careers guidance and counseling.
