Title: KIM Programme - Enterprise Native XML Store
Purpose: Solicit high-quality and cost-effective proposals to meet the OECD’s requirements hereafter referred to as the Solution. The Solution encompasses all technical elements required to deliver and configure ENXS and Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) activities on this platform. The Solution software can be either commercial or Open Source and using one or more delivery options:
• On-premises implementation: desktop, server;
• Software as a Service (SaaS).
Lot 1: Enterprise Native XML store (ENXS), covering:
a) Provisioning of software/platform, maintenance, support and service warranties;
b) Solution architecture design
c) Solution platform installation and management;
d) Training.
Lot 2: Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) activities, covering:
a) Service offering in the area of specific enterprise XML native platform;
b) Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) activities on XML store technologies;
c) Solution supporting Shared Competency Service model;
d) Training.
