Objective:

The aim of this work is for a Service Provider (SP) to provide independent oversight of BBC Media Action’s (MA) monitoring and evaluation, and carry out annual reviews of BBC MA’s global grant. This will ensure that:

BBC MA is accountable to DFID for the global grant funding.

BBC MA’s monitoring and evaluation systems are robust and contribute to global learning on the impact of media on specific development outcomes.
