Provision of Travel Management Services To UN Agencies in Zimbabwe on Long Term Agreement Basis

Description of Contract: Figure provided under contract amount is is only indicative. UN Agencies shall pay the Contract for the equivalent value of services actually provided and certified by UN Agencies.

$1,166,667.00 shall be the ceiling contract value limiting the cumulative amount applicable to this contract that will accrue to the service provider during the life of the Contract. This ceiling price shall remain as an upper limit, and must not and cannot be interpreted nor understood as either a financial commitment or guarantee of business volume

Travel Management Services, as referred to in the Terms of Reference, shall apply to all domestic and international journeys of UN Agencies staff from one place to another for official and personal business purposes. These services include, but are not be limited to, the following:

• Ticket issuance for official international and domestic travel using commercial flight (individual and group);
• Transportation and airport transfers;
• Staff personal travel requirements.
