The objective of the evaluation study is to a) document positive and negative experience gained from the evaluations carried out jointly with partner country institutions b) assess the pros and cons of the different methods used, including their usefulness for capacity building in evaluation of development cooperation, and c) to present recommendations to the Evaluation Department and partners for further refinement of methods for enhanced cooperation in the field of different types of joint evaluation exercises at sector and/or country level
