Project title: Infrastructure Regulation and Tariff Policy Development - Legal Review

Description: 

The Consultant will provide assistance as follows:

Task 1: The legal framework to launch the pilot projects;

Task 2: Implementation of the pilot project: the Consultant should provide overall legal support to pilot companies, regulator and other key stakeholders during implementation of pilot projects upon specific task requested of the EBRD.

Task3: Development, preparation, support and assistance in approval of legislative amendments based on recommendations made by sector and general consultants during implementation of the pilot projects.

Duration: 18 months
