Vertragsbeschreibung:
Rwanda’s ambitious Vision 2020 development strategy seeks to transform the country from a low-income agricultural based economy to a service orientated,middle income economy by2020. The aim of the Eco-Emploi program is to foster sustainable employment through:

  • skills development (employability)
  • private sector development (competitiveness) and
  • labour market interventions (matching supply with demand)

Activities outsourced to the firm

Competence development of TVET teachers and in-company-trainers in line with Rwandan ToT implementation framework:
• Develop and implement training and assessment modules for TVET trainer, enable TVET trainers to conduct competency-based training and assessment (CBT/CBA), strengthen the TVET master trainer pool in selected occupational fields;
• Advisory in the institutionalization of in-service • technical ToT offers;
• Develop and implement further training modules for in-company trainers, including assessment and certification standards and recognition of current competence processes;
• Advisory in the institutionalization of in-company trainer training;
• Support coordinating and implementing institutions of ToT to develop and pilot quality assurance instruments in the initial and further training of TVET trainers and in-company trainers.
Develop and implement employment oriented further training:
• Build up capacities at decentralized level for skills needs analysis, carry out sector-specific skills needs assessments in line with Labour Market Information and Analysis System (LMIAS) and design employment oriented further training modules & curriculum for specific skills development needs in priority sectors;
• Implement employment oriented further training modules, including coaching of TVET trainers during the implementation;
• Develop integrated PPPs for sector specific skills developments;
• Develop standards and processes for Recognition of Current Competence in line with the Rwandan Technical Qualifications Framework (RTQF) in selected trades.
