OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT
Improving the efficiency of agricultural extension services and promoting the transfer of improved agricultural extension services, meeting the needs of economic development of households through training and capacity building for agricultural extension staff and technology transfer to farmers in the project area.
SCOPE OF SERVICES, TASKS AND EXPECTED DELIVERABLES (TOT TRAINING AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER)
Consulting service for TOT training: includes 4 contents as follows:
+ Assess capacity, training needs for agricultural extension services and develop the transfer of improved agricultural extension services.
+ Develop and implement TOT training programs for agricultural extension staff and methods of technology transfer to farmers in the project area.
+ Build demonstration models (3-5 models)
+ Support trainers who have been trained to develop training contents and materials for farmers and assist these trainers in training activities in the project area.
