An investigative undertaking/consultancy that consists of two major components, i.e. (i) assessment type final evaluation; and (ii) comparative analysis of Baseline and End-line data sets to achieve the following objectives:
to examine the design and methodology of the project and identify what innovations/value added to the RHIYA programmes in Bangladesh;
to determine the overall achievement of the project in relation to the objectives and purposes of the project;
to determine the Programmatic Intervention Impacts of RHIYA Project of FPAB;.
to determine the effectiveness and cost effectiveness of the project;
to identify and document what contribution the project has made to the government policy and
programmes in relation to Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health (ASRH); and
to document the lessons learnt for future implementation.
