Contract description:
The scope of this contract will be the mid-term evaluation (in late 2016) and the ex-post evaluation (in mid-to-late 2019) of the Millennium Development Goal Initiative Accelerating progress towards maternal, neonatal and child morbidity and mortality reduction in Zambia (MDGi Programme) (overall budget almost 49.000.000 EUR) in two separate assignments. Both assignments will use the standard DAC evaluation criteria, namely: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact, with additional coherence criteria). The mid-term evaluation will have a particular focus on relevance and efficiency, whereas the ex-post evaluation will particularly focus on effectiveness, impact and sustainability.
