ANETI Agence Nationale pour l'Emploi et le Travail Indépendant

The National Agency for Employment and Independent Work is a non-administrative public body with civil personality and administrative and financial autonomy. It was created under Law No. 93-11 of 17/02/93 and is under the supervision of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Employment. Its main mission is to implement the Government's employment promotion policy and is responsible, inter alia, to:

animate the labor market, at national, regional, local and sectoral levels, notably through the network of employment and self-employment officesto develop information on employment and professional qualifications in the direction of businesses and jobseekers; to implement the programs for the promotion of employment and the integration of young people, realization is entrusted to it by the supervisory authority; to provide the necessary support for the promotion of small businesses and self-employment; to provide vocational information and guidance to training applicants with a view to their insertion into working life; to organize the placement of Tunisian labor abroad and to their realization; to facilitate the reintegration into the national economy of migrant workers after their return.
