The Company was founded in 1980 with the name of Studio Frosio. In 2021 the company, chanfed its name in Frosio Next.

During the 40 years of activities FROSIO NEXT has developed highly specialized expertise in the design and construction management of hydroelectric plants.

FROSIO NEXT carries out Technical consultancy collateral and complementary to the construction and management of Hydropower plants in the fields of hydrologic and hydraulic, due diligences, feasibility studies, economic and financial analyses, requests for public financing form national and international institutions, functional and structural analyses of hydraulic works and electromechanical equipment, yield and value optimization of produced energy.

The provided services are supported by an all-around knowledge of the HPPs components, function and interaction obtained from 40 years of experience in the field and more than 400 new HPP realization and more than 300 refurbished plant in Italy and abroad.

FROSIO NEXT, thanks also to the acquisition of the company branch of WATERWAYS related to Dams and civil works now operates in the field of the civil, dams and hydraulic works, with special focus on hydro power plants carrying out consultancy activities at different levels.
