company in 1987 in partnership with Freyssinet International, a leader in prestressing technology . Freysaş has successfully implemented various projects including advanced construction technologies such as post tensioning, heavy lifting, ground anchors and suspended systems in a short time.
In 1994, Yapı Konut joined the group to produce quality and comfortable residences and undertook successful projects such as Çam Konaklar, Sokullu Houses, NP12 Houses, Şişli Plaza, Arkeon Houses. Yapı Konut has been continuing its activities as Yapı Merkezi Real Estate Group since 2015 .

In 1994, Nitelikli Eğitim Kurumları A.Ş. ( NEKAŞ ) was established and Irmak Schools were opened in 1995. Irmak Schools, which received the international ISO9002 certificate for the first time in Turkey and was deemed worthy of the International Quality Award in the 'Golden category' in 2012; continues its original activities in the field of modern and qualified education and brings students to the most important universities of our country and the world.

Joining the group in 1996, Subor Boru Sanayi A.Ş. was established with the aim of producing high-tech composite construction materials. Subor, 50 percent of which belongs to Amiantit Group, is the leader in GRP pipe manufacturing in our country today. Yapıray joined the group

Yapı Merkezi R&D Department, which was the first to produce concrete with a strength of 1000 kg/cm² in Turkey , increased the 7-day concrete strength to 3,000 kg/cm² and produced "light-transparent (translucent) concrete".
