CM Construções was founded on August 08, 1990, by the partners Carlos Augusto Cavalcanti Fernandes and Adão de Moura Filgueira. In 1994 the society was disbanded, leaving the partner Adam of Mura Filgueira. In the same year, Lúcia Maria Vasconcelos Cavalcanti is admitted to society, becoming a partner of the company.
In 1995 CM Construções became a pioneer in our region in agricultural drainage services. In 1996, she became Petrobras' supplier in small works. And from there, the seed was planted for the big partnerships with this client, which today corresponds to the largest portion of the company's revenues. In 1997 the company started to operate, also in the areas of construction maintenance, repair and conservation of road and civil works.
