Present on the Brussels market under the name "Löwy" , La Wetterenoise has been developing since the end of the war an extensive range of artisan bakeryproducts which it markets under its own brand, through its four Brussels stores, or under brand name in several renowned networks.

Defender of quality artisanal bread , La Wetterenoise consolidates over the years its position in supermarkets by strengthening existing partnerships and by forging new collaborations with different distributors.

Since her installation in her new workshop in Forest, she has taken over control of her production process, which has allowed her to work on the development of new products , including BUN'S, individual brioches declined in chocolate version, speculoos and sugar as well as a range of low salt breads .
