Natura Energy is a developer of power generation projects. Natura Energy is proprietary limited company incorporated in the Republic of Namibia. The company is structured to develop, project-manage and own initiatives in the field of thermal power generation, wind energy, solar energy and biogas.

Third Party project development services: Natura Energy also offers Project Development Services to third party Sponsors/Clients that are developing power and infrastructure projects in Sub-Saharan Africa.

We raise financing requirements: At Natura Energy, we understand well the challenges that exist in funding power and infrastructure projects. We also understand well the requirements of commercial banks, development finance institutions and export credit agencies. Natura Energy, together with its financial advisors, is proficient in raising funds for Independent Power Producer projects. For the USD 340 million Arandis Power project in Namibia, we have secured the full debt and are 400% oversubscribed in terms of equity.
