BDO (Samman and Co.) was initially established in 1987 as a proprietorship by Majdi Samman. Majdi Samman was the managing director of Khader Ramadan and Co. Certified Public Accountants established in Jerusalem in 1944, who he joined in 1962.
In 1999 Majdi Samman Office joined the HLB International Network as a member firm.
After 40 years in the audit profession Majdi Samman retired in 2002.
The company merged with Khleif Co for six years from August,2006 to February, 2012 under the name of Khleif and Samman as a member firm of Moore Stephens International.
In September 2012 and after its success in BDO strict Due Diligence, the firm Joined BDO International and became BDO Audit and BDO consulting.
