Zhuzhou CSR Times Electric Co., Ltd is founded in 2005 from investment of 5 companies such as CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Research Institute Co., Ltd, etc. It is the secondary subsidiary of China South Locomotive & Rolling Stock Corporation Limited（CSR. It was listed in Hongkong stock exchange（ticker symbol 03898.HK） on December 20th , 2006. It is the first overseas-listed company in equipment manufacturing industry of railway transportation in China. It is also the company of Hunan province, which raised the most funds in the overseas capital market IPO.;
