Egyptian Red Crescent was established in 1911 as non-governmental organization performing its activities within the principles of the International Movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent. 

Our Vision: to become a Leading Humanitarian Organization driven by Volunteers and guided by its leadership team, developing community & serving vulnerable people in disasters & emergencies within Egypt and beyond

Our Mission: to reduce disasters risks by developing enduring community resilience programs, expanding the qualified volunteer base, and to provide suitable humanitarian services for vulnerable people to improve their lives according to the Red Cross / Red Crescent principles.
