Première Urgence - Aide Médicale Internationale is an international non-governmental non-profit, apolitical, secular purpose.
Born of the merger in April 2011 of two large French NGO many additional years of experience, its aim is to provide a comprehensive response to all basic needs of populations affected by humanitarian crises in the emergency until allow to find independence and dignity.
Our aim is to provide a rapid global response to the basic needs of populations affected by humanitarian crises to help them regain independence and dignity.

In 2017, our projects are being carried out in 21 countries by 3000 native workers, 180 foreign workers and 75 head office employees.
