Integrate Health, founded in 2004, is committed to bringing quality primary healthcare to everyone across francophone West Africa, starting in Togo and Guinea. We exist to prove that a better standard of healthcare is possible. Working alongside governments, we do this by integrating professional Community Health Workers with improved clinic-based care, by integrating a gender and climate lens into our health work, by integrating public and private partnerships. Delivering a community-based primary healthcare model, we improve access to care and reduce maternal, newborn, and child mortality.
