About

HST - Croatian Telecommunications Union, promotes and fights for the realization of the interests of ICT workers in the Republic of Croatia.

At the moment we have seven branches:

HST-Hrvatski Telekom, HST-Combisa, HST-Optima Telekom, HST-Ericsson Nikola Tesla Services Ltd. and HST-A1, HST-Transcom, HST-others (IN2, Iskon, Printec).

Collective bargaining is a fundamental task of the union.

Solidarity is the basic postulate of union action.

HST, as a majority union in Hrvatski Telekom, has a leading role and responsibility in achieving and safeguarding the rights of workers in the T-HT Group. Hrvatski Telekom's employees have a collective agreement that guarantees a very high level of labor rights.

The aim of HST is to extend HT's collective agreement to the entire HT Group, and to reach a branch collective agreement for ICT activities in the Republic of Croatia.

As an active member of the NHS-Independent Croatian Unions, we assist other unions and workers in the ICT sector.

The aim of the HST is to unite trade unions throughout the ICT sector in the Republic of Croatia.

As an active member of the UNI-GLOBAL UNION, an international union hub that brings together 20 million service workers worldwide, we participate in the work of the ICT sector, and have a member on the UNI ICT World Board, as a representative for Southern and Eastern Europe.

The goal of HST is to strengthen the union in the ICT sector of Croatia through international trade union cooperation, and in particular through the cooperation of the DT union to strengthen the position of T-HT Group employees.
