EMAPE - Empresa Municipal Administradora de Peaje de Lima (Peru)

EMAPE was incorporated by public deed on December 22, 1986, in execution of the Metropolitan Council agreement No. 146 dated June 26, 1986, under the name of Empresa Municipal Administración de Peaje de Lima Sociedad Anónima (EMAPE SA).

Subsequently, on September 3, 2021, by General Management Resolution No. 129-2021-EMAPE / GG, the modification of the Organization and Functions Regulations of EMAPE SA was approved and on November 8, 2022, the modification of its Statute was made, where the corporate name was changed to Empresa Municipal de Apoyo a Proyecto Estratégicos Sociedad Anónima, giving them new functions.

To date, EMAPE has participated in the management of important social outreach projects, such as the construction of retaining walls, passages, stairs and sports infrastructure, and the recovery of public spaces, for the benefit of thousands of citizens.
