The Manager's Forum Finland Association (MMF Finland) is an association and discussion forum for managers in Finland whose main purpose is to share and disseminate information on all matters related to the industry.

Represents Finnish managers in the music industry and other stakeholders. Develops the skills of Finnish managers and improves their professional skills. Promote managerial affairs in society. Provide opportunities for managers to network and share expertise.
Represents Finnish managers and their artists internationally. Music Manager's Forum Finland is the Finnish section of the International Music Manager's Forum (IMMF). IMMF consists of 18 local Music Managers Forums around the world: Australia (2 sections), Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Britain and the United States.
