The State Secretariat of Finance of the State of Bahia is notifying, through the state Electronic Tax Domicile - DTE, 10,536 taxpayers opting for the Special Unified Tax and Contributions Collection Scheme due by Micro and Small Companies - Simples Nacional, that they are missing any payments. ICMS calculated through the declaration generated by the “Generator Program of the National Simple Collection Document - Declaratory (PGDAS-D), from January to March 2019, totaling 19.2 million. This amount should have been paid through DAS by the 20th (20th) of the month following the month in which the gross revenue was earned, as provided for in Article 21, item III of Complementary Law 123/2006.
