The Department of Finance & Administration, Micronesia (DOFA) is the entity within the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) that is responsible for policy and strategic recommendations as well as financial services to the government.

DOFA is made up of five divisions: Treasury, Customs & Taxes, Investment & International Finance, Budget & Economic Management and Personnel, all of which collaborate to offer a unified service to the people of Micronesia.

DOFA's role is to improve accountability and transparency in Micronesia's service delivery by establishing and implementing strong public financial management systems, standards, rules and practices.

The objective of the DOFA is to offer administration, financial and oversight assistance to guarantee that fiscal duties and solid financial management systems are undertaken in a sustainable way as well as to improve and preserve quality financial and performance accountability.
