Our mission is to improve global governance through research, dialogue and advice. We offer demand-driven, tailor-made and effective services for sustainable development and support governments, ministries, enterprises, non-profits and international organizations in designing strategies and meeting their goals to address global challenges.

We facilitate policy dialogues for governments, ministries, development cooperation, and international organisations. Our training programmes for young professionals and senior executives in public institutions and businesses worldwide help to build and strengthen capacities to foster transformative change.

With a staff of more than 200, adelphi provides high-quality interdisciplinary research, strategic policy analysis and advice, and corporate consulting. Since 2001, adelphi has successfully completed over 800 projects and operates in 85 countries.
