Joint-stock company, which was established in 2006 as a successor company to the defunct Severoslovenská vodárenská szállánky, a.s. It operates water supply, sewerage and waste water treatment plants in the regions of Žilina and Kysúc. The company's shareholders are exclusively cities and municipalities. Of the total number of shares, 96.5% are owned by 102 cities and municipalities from the regions of Žilina and Kysúc, 0.11% are owned by 7 municipalities from the regions of Orava and Považia, which did not sell the shares of SEVAK, as and remained shareholders even after the division of SVS, as and 3 .39% is on the account of SEVAK, a.s., which was obtained by purchasing from cities and municipalities in the regions of Orava and Považia. These 3.39% of shares will be offered exclusively to current shareholders from the SEVAK, as region for sale in a proportion corresponding to their share in the company's share capital.
