CESEL is a private peruvian engineering consulting company with a well-deserved prestige, earned through the successful development of complex multidisciplinary engineering projects. CESEL started operations in 1972.

CESEL’s high technical level, experience and business capabilities have been demonstrated in the execution of multiple consulting services, such as studies, design, assembly and works supervision, project management, construction management, factory inspections, environmental studies, etc.

During its first years of operations, CESEL dedicated most of its efforts to civil and structural design projects, as well as port and heavy industry projects.
