Created in 1961, the International Center for Development and Research studies, designs, implements operations and socio-economic development programs while respecting the socio-cultural choices of populations.
CIDR is strengthening municipal project management, in particular through support for the decentralized technical services of the State. and to the technical services of the municipalities (drafting of specifications and procedures for awarding public contracts, Task force on drinking water, etc.). Consultation and support services for municipalities are shared on an inter-municipal scale, in partnership with the region:
- Financial arrangement of the program;
- Ultimate guarantor of the quality of interventions and actions
carried out;
- Provide technical and methodological support to the T&D team;
- Reporting to donors
