Društvo Sportaša Veterana i Rekreativaca

The association of veteran athletes and recreational players was founded in 2010 for the purpose of quality preparation and implementation of projects and programs in the fields of sports, health, culture and economy, but also for the purpose of gathering, socializing and exchanging experiences. The projects and programs carried out by the DSVR are carried out for the purpose of improving and preserving the sports system in all segments at the city, national and international level with the help of countless experiences of eminent members of the DSVR, current and former top athletes from over 30 sports, recreationists and professionals from the sports system.

Emphasis is placed on spreading awareness of the importance of playing sports and sports activities from an early age, and the goals of the Association are the permanent education of members about the importance of sports activities by organizing lectures, seminars, public forums and the like, as well as organizing sports meetings and competitions.
