IPECE - Instituto de Pesquisa e Estratégia Econômica do Ceará / Economic Research and Strategy Institute

The Ceará Institute for Economic Research and Strategy (IPECE) is an autarchy linked to the Secretariat of Planning and Management of the State of Ceará. Founded on April 14, 2003, IPECE is the government agency responsible for generating studies, research and socioeconomic and geographic information that allow the evaluation of programs and the elaboration of strategies and public policies for the development of the State of Ceará. IPECE's headquarters are located in the city of Fortaleza.
