Nexera Sp. z o.o. (Poland)

NEXERA is an infrastructural telecommunications group building a Next Generation Access (NGA) network. The current projects in fourteen areas of central and north-east Poland are carried out in one of the most important programmes of the Polish government – Operational Program Digital Poland (Program Operacyjny Polska Cyfrowa - POPC).

• Nexera Sp. z o.o. - the wholesale operator and the owner of the fibre-optic network.

• Nexera F2 Sp. z o.o. - special purpose vehicle.

• Nexera F3 Sp. z o.o. - special purpose vehicle.
