Founded in 1972, Development Design Consultants Limited (DDCL) is a private sector consulting company based in Bangladesh.

DDCL state-of-the-art services to the government, private corporations and international organizations. DDCL offers a full range of services starting from project conception to completion including reconnaissance survey, physical survey, project identification, feasibility study, environmental and social impact assessment, economic studies, re-settlement assessment, planning, detailed engineering, bid documentation, construction supervision, project management, and post evaluation.

DDCL has collaborated with international development organizations like the World Bank, ADB, IDA, JICA, DFID, CIDA, on multiple projects in various development sectors, such as civil, mechanical, electrical and electronic, energy, health, education, agriculture, environmental & ecology, water resources, socio-economic, IT, research, capacity development training, and other social infrastructure projects.
