Rwenzori Center for Research and Advocacy

The RCRA is an Indigenous non-governmental organization established in 2010 by health professionals and statistician. Registered with the National Bureau for non-government organizations, registration number 150313682NB. Works in partnership with global donors, civil society and local communities.

The RCRA also holds membership with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations since 2017, Girls Not Brides Global Partnership UK and Uganda Health care Federation (UHF), with long term commitment of enabling an informed and healthier society, and the mission statement ‘empowering communities for improved livelihoods, healthcare and education appropriate for the 21st century, through research, policy and advocacy, civil society engagement in key decision making processes for women children and adolescents services.
