The programs run by the Fondation de France operate through calls for projects . For each theme (social, societal, environmental, education, medical research, emergencies, or human rights, etc.), our expert committees define intervention strategies, which then guide the selection of supported projects. A number of the 977 foundations hosted by the Fondation de France also develop their own calls for projects , or respond to direct requests.
