NoemaLife SPA

NoemaLife is an International Group established 1996 in Italy, listed on the Italian Stock Exchange since 2006, now a leading European name in the clinical and hospital information systems market.

In June 2016 Dedalus S.p.A. acquired the majority of NoemaLife S.p.A.. The joining of the two international organisations, marked the birth of the first operator in Italy, with a widespread presence throughout the national territory, and among the first players in Europe, with a revenue target for 2016 of about 170 million euro and with more than 1.700 healthcare professionals of which 1.100 in Italy. The new group is active with its subsidiaries in France, Spain, UK, USA, Latin America, China, Middle East and North and South Africa.
