AC3E - Community development has always been dependent on the performance of infrastructure (roads, irrigation schemes, building, ...) they put in place to increase their productivity and / or improve their quality of life. A project may be useful to its beneficiaries if optimally utilizes natural resources and articulates with the elements of harmony with its environment. It is therefore important that any project before implementation is the subject of detailed studies (APS, APD, EIA, ...) and its implementation is rigorously framed by several independent actors.
