The Aquaculture Cluster is a non-profit business association that brings together companies related to the fish aquaculture sector, mainly from Galicia.

It was born in the year 2000, promoted by the initiative of the main Galician turbot aquaculture companies. Its main purpose is product quality, consumer guarantees, innovation, training at all levels and a permanent search for factors that satisfy market needs.

Currently, the Aquaculture Cluster is an international benchmark in flatfish aquaculture. Its associates, with plants spread throughout Europe, represent 85% of the European production of flatfish.
