IDEAs consultancy was set up by a group of professionals in 2007, to catalyze the growth of development sector by bringing more professionalism in to the sector. Towards this mission, we endeavour to work with different types of institutions. At the inception IDEAs focus was only on Microfinance and we worked with donors, newly started up and well established Microfinance Institutions, entrepreneurs, investors and with other organizations working in the Microfinance sector. With successful track records in the sector, IDEAs started delivering services to the Development sector, including Local & International NGOs, Government institutions, Grass-root level organizations and Private Sector Organizations, for the betterment of the bottom level of the pyramid segment in the society. Then, realizing the enormous potential and the role of private sector, IDEAs gradually expanded its services in to the Private Sector companies; especially for the companies working with the grass root level, covering various organizational and staff capacity building needs.
