IREX (Ukraine)

IREX’s programs in Ukraine enable critical flows of information and bridge the digital and informational divides in the country. IREX is extending access to quality education by strengthening higher education administration. IREX also facilitates partnerships and effective dialogue between local governments, media outlets, NGOs, and communities.
