CERPED SPRL is a Burundian firm specializing in conducting studies and consulting on national and international development issues on behalf of the public sector (government, ministries, local authorities, etc.), United Nations agencies, Non-Governmental Organizations and service companies. CERPED is experienced in conducting monitoring and evaluation missions by conducting baseline studies, monitoring and impact evaluation (mid-term evaluation and final or endline evaluation) in the socio-economic field on behalf of several organizations and institutions. To carry out its missions, the firm relies on a full-time staff and uses part-time experts for certain specialized missions. It is headed by a General Coordinator who ensures the general coordination of the office's activities. He is assisted by a Technical Coordinator who takes care of the technical aspects, in particular the coordination of studies. These representatives are supported by support staff to ensure the daily functioning of the office.

The services provided primarily address the following development issues:

·        Monitoring and evaluation  : design of monitoring and evaluation tools, project evaluation, impact evaluation, organizational evaluation;

·        Socio-economic studies  : Feasibility studies, statistical and demographic studies, economic and social surveys/polls, marketing studies, etc.

·        Consulting services  : strategic planning, project development, organizational development and optimization of business processes, research into the determinants of phenomena;

·        Development of Information Systems  : Databases, Integrated Monitoring-Evaluation System, Decision-Making Information System, Dashboard;

·        Training  : Monitoring and evaluation of programs/projects, organization of data collection, processing and updating, strategic planning, project assembly, Results-Based Management (RBM).
