The Collective Leadership Institute (CLI) is an internationally operating non-profit organization with deep expertise in bringing emerging paradigm leadership concepts to multi-stakeholder processes and projects in support of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. CLI has offices in Germany (Potsdam) and South Africa (Cape Town) and a network of Collective Leadership Hubs and Collective Leadership Specialists around the world.

Since CLI's foundation in 2005 we trained more than 7,000 alumni in our capacity building programmes in collective leadership and stakeholder collaboration. We support transformations on-site with our project work. And our research is designed as a learning process for sustainability helping people move quicker towards new action.
