L’Association Créations Culturelles Africaines en Basse-Normandie a pour objet de faire découvrir les atouts et le dynamisme de l’Afrique, continent souvent méconnu dans sa réalité complexe. L’association organise le festival « Les Afrikales » en Basse Normandie pour diffuser des créations culturelles africaines dans leur expression actuelle.

L'association, "Créations Culturelles Africaines en Basse-Normandie", est composée de collectivités, d’associations, d’établissements scolaires et de personnes individuelles qui souhaitent porter ce projet.
