Ad Personam - Azienda dei Servizi alla Persona del Comune di Parma

The Public Company of Personal Services called "Ad Personam - Company of Personal Services of the Municipality of Parma" was established by resolution of the Regional Council of Emilia Romagna no. 610 of 2/05/2007, following the merger and transformation of the I.P.A.B. “Joint Institutes of Assistance for the Disabled and the Elderly” (I.R.A.I.A.) and “Fondazione Maria Pini”, based in Parma.
THE SP. is a public law company (non-economic public body) with legal personality, statutory, managerial, patrimonial, accounting and financial autonomy and is not for profit.
